	Chris Ledet President and Owner From the age of 15, Chris has had an interest in building. A Thibodaux native, Chris graduated from Nicholls State University with both bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration. By taking an organized approach to home building, Chris has learned to pay attention to each, individual house. Says Chris, “We want to make it easy for the home buyer.” As an active member of the community, Chris has most recently been involved with Habitat for Humanity.
	Nancy Bernard Home Building Specialist Raised in Houma, Nancy graduated from Nicholls University with a bachelor’s degree in 1999 and went on to obtain a master’s degree in business administration. In 1994, while an undergraduate student at Nicholls, Nancy began working for Chris Ledet. She enjoyed the job and overall work environment so much that she has never left. Nancy is most proud of the company’s tenacious desire to provide a rewarding experience to their clients, one in which the expertise and service of Chris Ledet Homes extends to each homeowner before, during and after the construction of their home.
	Jake Guillot Project Manager “We want to make it easy for the home owner, and to build their new home in a manner that goes beyond their expectations”…that’s the commitment that Jake Guillot brings to Chris Ledet Homes. Born and raised in Thibodaux, Jake graduated from Nicholls State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Since the age of 16, Jake has worked in many fields of construction. We’re pleased to have Jake, with his energy, enthusiasm and experience as our Project Manager. Jake is on-site ensuring that every detail and nuance of your project is correct and of superior quality.
	Frank Sherman Finish Carpenter Frank Sherman has worked for over 35 years as a Craftsman of Finished Carpentry, and 25 of those years have been invested with the Clients of Chris Ledet Homes. Attention to detail and a sincere commitment to customer satisfaction make Frank Sherman an important part of the Chris Ledet Homes Team. We’re proud to have Franks’ services, and know that you will enjoy his craftsmanship in your new home for years to come.
	Brent Stevens Cabinet Maker “My love for woodworking continues to enrich my skills and has allowed me to build the finest custom cabinetry in the Bayou Region for a long time,” says Brent Stevens who has been a part of the Chris Ledet Homes Team since 1992. Fine craftsmanship, attention to detail and a commitment to always using the best materials, applying the latest trends in cabinetry when needed, and a fine eye for design as well as function, Brent Stevens adds great value to every Chris Ledet Home.
	Gerald Babin Framing Supervisor With over 30 years experience on the front-line of building homes, Gerald Babin is an important member of the Chris Ledet Homes Team. Acting as the “onsite eyes” of construction projects ranging from 1800 to 10,000 square feet, Gerald’s experience provides great insight and responsiveness to the challenges of quality, custom home building in Southeast Louisiana.
